Omelette Norvegienne aux fruit de la passion
I have had baked alaska on several occassions but this by far is the tastiest interpretation I’ve had. The torched cream, frozen passion fruit filling and crust was perfectly layered for every satisfying bite.

Rice is my life. I love everything and anything about rice. The pineapple fried rice at Spice on University is the best I’ve ever had. All the ingredients tasted fresh and work harmoniously well together while still maintaining their distinct flavors. The cashews were crunchy and the shrimp (unlike its comparables) were not miniature in size. The portion of this dish is great for either sharing or eating as the main entree.
