I’m no expert when it comes to cheese and would love to take a class one day to teach me how to enjoy an ingredient that seems to plague (with its scent) and impress a mark (with the texture and flavors) deep in the hearts of many fellow cids. Even with my lack of knowledge, I know any shop that supplies such an array and variety of international cheeses must deserve a 5 out of 5 rating.

Da Bomb

Homemade deepā€fried brioche, dusted with cinnamon and sugar, and filled with vanilla cream. Da Bomb is a latest addition to my list of things to indulge in twice a year. It would take a six month craving for me to pay $5 for just three of these soft, moist pockets of cream.

Sesame Creme Brulee

This dish reminded me of the the divine green tea creme brulee I had at Upstairs. Though it doesn’t compare because the flavor of the sesame was not infused into the creme brulee like the green tea was but I am a big fan of anything sesame. So the scoop of sesame ice cream and sesame crisp was enough for me to enjoy this creme brulee dish.
