“CID Highlight” – The Hawaiian: CID Rating 5 out of 5
Eel and mango with spicy crunchy salmon and tobiko. The thin slices of mango added a hint of sweetness but the true mango flavor didn’t come through. But I loved it none-the-less! (See picture below)
Crispy Duck Salad: CID Rating 2.75 out of 5
Though this dish was tasty with the sweet citrus dressing and a dash of heat with what tasted like tabasco sauce, the measure of value for the dollar was below par. The duck slices were thin and few.

Mackerel Sushi: CID Rating 4.5 out of 5
Though the pieces aren’t ginormous but who can beat $1 sushi? The mackerel was fresh.
